Rocky Mountain Association of Mosaic Artists "Reflections" mirror exhibit opens on Friday August 1st, which is during the gallery walk in Fort Collins. The exhibit runs through the month of August and will be featured in the DreamMosaics Studio at Poudre River Arts Center. This event is free and open to the public.
There are over 20 mirrors in the exhibit, created by local artists, ranging in style and color. No two mirrors are the same. The artists whose work are in the show are: Carrie Murphy, Kathy Thaden, Linda Shields, Judy Conroy, Wendy Dumas, Judy Nixon Kent, Rita Schelin, Wendy Wadge, and Kat Peters-Midland.
The exhibit runs concurrent with Suzanne Johnston's new exhibit in the main gallery at Poudre River Arts Center and The Center for Fine Art Photography's "The artful nude" exhibit.
The opening reception for this exhibit is Friday night, August 1st from 6 to 9 p.m., which is during gallery walk. Refreshments will be served. If you can't make it to the opening reception, the studio will also be open Wednesday through Saturday from 10 to 5 p.m.
